both the 12 gauge and 20 gauge express magnums. I prefer the 20 gauge for longer range shots and mobility.

I've got the Tactical Magnum and have added the Surefire Weapon Light and Side Saddle.

I ran a 24 the other day in American Skeet with it, much fun!

I have not had any research done, other than I know Remington only made 1503 sets of the 870's and just over 5000(?) sets of the 1100's, 1969-1972. Unfortunately, it seems that many sets have been broken up, but to what ends of the earth no one seems to know. They originally came in a hard double gun case, foam lined green plastic. Most of the cases are now gone. I know of only two other sets of 870's and three sets of 1100's. Only one set still has the paperwork and case that his father left him.

I have a Remington 870 Express Tactical with magazine extension, pistol grip, AR-style multiple-position stock, and Limb Saver recoil pad.

My second 870 will be a Marine Magnum.
