In the January 2017 issue of NRA's Shooting Illustrated, you will find a review of the RM380. It was the author's idea of a torture test to fire 1,000+ rounds without cleaning over a period of one year. In his torture test, the RM380 failed to feed ONE time at round number 90. He slapped the magazine butt plate and the round chambered and all was well. He had 3 instances of the slide failing to lock back on the empty magazine near the 1,000 round mark.

His review of the pistol is very favorable with one exception: he calls the trigger "pure evil" and "it should not exist". Either he has a bad pistol or he exaggerated to a fault. The trigger on mine is not the sweetest that I have, but it is not the monster he describes!

If you read the article, absorb the facts and ignore the personal opinion.

Be safe!
