I have a remington 1100 12ga date on barrel Weird looking m or sideways 3 then L T small J vin number on the receiver starts with v. Not sure how to find what year it was made incase parts are different.
Well the problem is it will cycle all shells fired just fine with the fore stock grip nut loosen but the stock will rattle. but when the nut is tight it will smoke stack almost every other shell. thats with bird ammo and skeet ammo now with buck shot it will cycle just fine with the fore stock tight. the gun is clean replace the o ring with a ace hardware o ring and it still done it. it has just been sitting for about 5 years or more since i replaced the o ring. I took it apart last night and the oring isnt as tight as i think it should be. I will be replacing it again.
