You can currently buy from CrossBreed.

Comp-tac is not in the works yet or even on board yet. Called yesterday and got the run around so I am try'n to get a area holster maker to me a body to use on my wife minotaur neutral.

Forum member lincen reports that the R51 fits "some but not all Makarov holsters."

May want to check with Theis holsters. He custom makes holsters. Does not have the R51 listed as of yet. But I did buy one for my Walther PPS. Great turn around time, comfortable to wear once I broke it in and the price and guarantee are right. I sure if you ask him he may be making them in the future.
