I was having a problem with my 20 year old 11-87 in that once in a while, it would lock open and not charge the next round when firing at double clays. I described the problem to Remington customer service in a email and after a few more details, Remington responded that a new trigger assembly had been shipped to me--all within an hour of my first email and at no cost to me. I wish all other organizations would adopt this service model.
