I had problems with my new versa-max not cycling 3.5" rounds. Sent it back 1st time and they replaced the barrel, but the problem was still not solved to my satisfaction. Sent it back for a second time and it was determined that the action spring was binding and they replaced the barrel (again) and the bolt. I shot about 15 rds of 3.5" without a hiccup, as well as got it out for some pheasants with lighter stuff. Gun seems to be working flawlessly, it was turned around by Remington in less than 3 days both times...Good support, Remington :D .

Its great to hear they stood behind their product and you were able to get out in the field and have some fun.
