I just received this message from Remington regarding night sights for my R1. Does anybody know where I can purchase a set with these cuts or have them made?
"The R1 uses a modified GI cut. The dimensions are .302 X 70 for the front and .330 X 70 for the rear."

If your R1 has a standard set of sights, then #662-005-175 would work. Jon Wittwer Gun Technician Brownells, Inc. This is the answer they sent me regarding which tritium front sight for my R1. Just to be clear, I am not Jon Wittwer, he is at Brownells and sent me the email. |
