Did Remington Ever Make The 12c In A Blonde Finish?

I have an old Remington Model 12c .22cal pump that has a blonde finish. It looks original but I'm no expert. Has anyone ever seen one with a blonde finish?

nothing(no click, nothing) At the same time, when i pull back the bolt it seems not to catch in the open position. After several manual cycles it will reingage but still no trigger action.. Any ideas? Spotless and well maintained. Do i have a worn out part? This baby has seen a lot of rounds.
