Found this site doing a search and thought I would drop on in and say hello and share a few words... just a few. ;)

I have been a Remington fan since I was a kid, shooting my first .22 rifle, a 512 Sportmaster. Still have the old Polaroid picture. Shortly after that my dad gave me a Model 700 ADL in .243 that he bought new in 1971. I killed my first deer and antelope with it. I passed it down to my son three years ago and he took his first antelope with the very same gun 33 years after I did.
I also have a model 700 ADL in a 7mm Mag. that was manufactured in 1969. I have hunted with it since I bought it in 1988 and recently retired it as my back up gun putting it in the back of my gun safe. Taking it's place is a Model 700 SPS Tactical in .308 and it is now my main gun for hunting big game and target shooting. I wanted a all around gun and I am very impressed with it, as I have been with most 700's. I have added a few things to it since I bought it. Just sent the bolt off today for a tactical knob installation.
This summer I bought a 870 Tactical 12 gauge. I love this gun! Wanted a nice home defense gun to sit next to my bed side. It really compliments my .45 ACP on the night stand. I also added a few hundred more in goodies for it.
I will be posting some pictures in the perspective folders of them.
Great to be here and sharing with the rest of the Remington family.
