What do you think about the new 17 hornet factory built ammo. Didn't Remington do this already? Could this be a market ploy with hornady and savage as they have the first factory built rifle in this new round. The worst part about a new product is i have to have it. Yes i do have a Remington 700 BDL in the original hyper fast 17 Rem. So chances are? [ BUT SWEET HEART HONEY DEAREST I NEED IT ] Anyway what do you guys and girls think about the 17 horny i me hornet?

It sure looks like a winner, there's a great article on it in this month's Guns & Ammo. I believe Ruger is bringing one out also.Given my choice I'd prefer the Savage.

I have one of the new Savage HRM in the heavy barrel with a thumb hole stock
from Boyds . It's a tack driver out past 100 yards. I have a Redfield 6 X 18 X 40 scope
I LOVE IT !!!
