Any info on this barrel would be appreciated.

I dont know the caliber, but it's a 32 inch long barrel, with the number (read left to right, and in 3 seperate groupings) (8935), (32.40.B.) and (5472). This is the only info other then the Remington Arms Co. Ilion. NY stamp on the opposite side, and the (32.40.B.) stamped again farther up the barrel. The barrel is also threaded where it would meet the receiver and what I assume to be a bolt notch.
