I bought a new 700 adl in 308. Can the x mark pro on this gun be adjusted? I've been reading through post and it sounds like there have been different versions over the years.
I haven't had a chance to shoot it much yet, and don't have a trigger Gage. It may be ok as is.

The short answer is "yes". There are many YouTube videos on how. The next question is "why?", especially if you haven't shot it yet. Adjusting, and especially self-adjusting the trigger opens you to a whole realm of liability. And if you find after you've shot it that it needs to be adjusted, have a competent gunsmith do it or replace it with a Timney that is designed to be user adjusted. NRA Life, NAHC Life, Retired USN

I agree with you Scorpion 8. Just curious and exploring the possibilities. The weather in Northern Indiana being what it is, I won't be able to get out to the range for awhile. I've only shot a couple boxes of ammo so far. This is my first center fire rifle.
