I bought a Remington 1911 R1 a couple months ago, I have put 500 plus rounds through it. It has consistently shot to the left and low, my question would be has anybody else had this?

A lot of times that happens from trigger finger not on trigger far enough, causing a little push to the left and down, if your right handed, or gripping too tight.

Thanks for your insight on my shooting technical, and by the way I am right handed. Will try to get my finger on the trigger better and grip the pistol a little lighter!

I like what Bob said, Turbo. My problem with every pistol I've owned has been a tendency to shoot low and to the right. I know it's me in every instance and not the weapon. I hope you're enjoying your R1 as much as I am my R1 Commander.
