My handle is LRRifleman. My passion since the late '60s has been rifle competition, because I have always been better with a rifle than a shotgun. My grandfather taught me how to shoot, but I gaged my skills against his abilities, I am just wasn't as good as popular.

I excelled with a rifle, first junior then collegiate small bored. In the '80s I got the itch for high power, and it took like a house on fire. Prior to the accident that left me disabled, I had earned my NRA Master classification with the service rifle.

After my accident, I turned to F class rifle competition, building 3 rifles on the 700 chassis for F class matches at 600 and 1000 yards.

I am looking for a gas gun so I can do some hunting (upland game and waterfowl). I do have a Wingmaster Magnum, but the arm injuries tend to make cycling the pump gun painful.

I am a retired teacher from Southern New Jersey. I am also a proud parent of two children that are learning firearms safety.
