Great site !
I'm in So Cal, love hunting, fishing, all shooting sports.
Work (volunteer range officer) at a local range, 300 yard rifle (30 benches), 100 yard / 50 yard / 25 yard tac ranges, trap range, over 4000 members. Fortunate...get to do a lot of shooting.
Retired military, Nam vet, really enjoy shooting the older stuff, own M1s, M1A, M1 Carbine, AR, WWII era bolt guns, regular assortment of hand guns....and many shotguns.
Avid waterfowl hunting...ducks, geese, dove, quail, pheasant, over the years, many states, here, Canada, Mexico.
Deer, in the mountains , horseback, big woods, white tail and mulies, antelope, hogs, rabbit
Getting older now...slowing down...still enjoy shooting. Lately into the long range game...plates way out there. Big fun.
Shoot most calibers...my favorite...30-06. But I've been using a Remington Mountain Rifle in .257 Roberts quite a bit over the last few years. My grandson dropped his first hog with it up north, 14 years old...194 yards off the sticks...right through the engine room.
