Hello everyone:
I own a Remington 700P, since several months ago, and I have noticed the following issue:
When looking from an oblique angle at the parkerized of the barrel, and depending on the light used, I can see like a large tonality change, that occupies about a third of the total surface of the barrel, that is lighter than the rest of the area, but at the same time, it´s invisible when looking from a straight line. It´s something very similar as when you apply some oil in just one area and the rest remains dry. Do you think it´s a real issue, and I should contact Remignton for a replacement under warranty?

Greetings from Spain
