I have 3 Model 141's, one of which belonged to my Uncle Charlie, which I try to take out once a year. I bought the other two to pass on to whoever in the family will be interested.

One of those looks almost new; there is still full bluing on the magazine tube. It has white line spacers at the butt plate and pistol grip. Someone has told me that they can't be original. Does anyone know if Remington built them that way towards the end of production?

Thanks

Welcome to the Remington Owners Forum Jim !!

The Remington Model 141 Game Master did indeed have white spacers in the locations you describe...as many variations were made. ( see below )

If you would like to see for yourself...just Google or Bing Remington Game Master 141 images like I did.

Enjoy the Forum...!!
