I discovered this site from another member that asked me to post pics of my new rifle so here she is. It's a 700 AAC-SD in an AICS 1.5 stock. The optic is a Vortex PST 6-24 FFP scope with NF rings and 20 moa base. I'm taking the precision rifle class at Tac Pro in September so Bill Davidson can teach me what I need to know so I can wring out all the capabilities of this rifle. Next on the list is an AAC 762 can since it is already set up for one. Hope you guys enjoy the pics.

That is the exact setup I plan to build in the near future! Thanks for sharing. How do you like it so far and is there anything you would have done differently?

I haven't sighted the rifle in yet because it's too damn hot here in DFW. I plan on taking it to work and sighting it in when the temp dips below 1000 degrees.

Keep us posted on how it shoots. I know what you mean with the heat, here in NY it's been in the 100s this past week but it's starting to cool down now.
