Just put this on my older model 1100 (80's), its shooting high and right, anyone else have this issue or heard of it? any ideas?

it should have a complete windage and elevation adjustable rear sight on it. If it does then just adjust it, if it does not then someone removed it for some reason.
Does it have the sights? We have done so much for so long with so little, we are now qualified to do anything with nothing!

Brand new barrel, all sights accounted for, I have the adjustable sight all the way to the top and all the way to the left, it still high & right 7-8 inches above target at 25 yards and worse at 50, tried different sabots, something definitely wrong, taken gun apart several times (I'm not a gunsmith) gun has always shot fine, probably gonna have to take it to a professional.

first off it is not the actual physical gun that is the problem.....it might be the barrel.
secondly you must always move the rear sight in the direction that you want the bullet to impact. If it is shooting high then you will need to lower your rear sight. If it is shooting to the right you will need to move the rear sight to the left.......which you say you have. But, for right now I ask that you just take a few deep breaths and back away from it for a moment and clear your head. I know it can be frustrating!!! and slugs pack a kick When you feel calmer then lets work on the elevation and not worry about the windage yet. Lower that rear sight and see if it will lower you shot. make sure to keep your head down, cheek on the stock and maintain a good sight picture as you squeeze the trigger. We have done so much for so long with so little, we are now qualified to do anything with nothing!

How far to the right is it shooting?

Are you getting tight groups when you shoot......regardless of them being high?

I would also like for you to tell me if the front sight out at the end of the barrel is in the center of the dovetail slot or slightly left or right in the dovetail slot?

I would like to know if the barrel is shooting groups in this location or spraying rounds?
A poster on the MO forum just had a similar issue and it turned out being a particular type of ammo. Some barrels are very particular about what they are fed.
