Hi Folks,
I'm new to the forum and have an unusual request. I have a 1951 Scoremaster 511/.22 cal and would like to install a 4x scope, without modifying any parts. The scope base is the problem. Any suggestions?

If its not a grooved reciever, you'll have to have it drilled and tapped for mounts, or have a smith groove the receiver.
