I have a buddy that is in the military. He does not have much extra money and he mentioned he had an 1100 that was giving him problems. The shotgun is double feeding when it cycles. It does this when hand cycling the bolt. He says it does it when firing the gun as well. I thought I would try to figure it out before trying to fire it so it does not blow up in my face. Any ideas where I should start?

Thanks! I hope someone can help me out. I do a ton of things to help our military and law enforcement folks. Hopefully I can get this shotgun working right for this guy.
