First Impressions: The Vang Comp Systems Dome Head Trigger Safety appears to be very well made and the finish is amazing. The weight is also very nice on it, not heavy, but has a good sturdy feel to it.

Installation

Use: After the install was complete, the safety was quite stiff. After some working in, it started to feel nice. The dome head makes a great safety. It has a positive engage/disengage feel to it and it is easy to flip switch it.

Thanks.

When in a shooting position, you can feel the head; however, it has a nice positive feel to it. In my opinion, I do not think it would interfere with anything.

Thanks, I was wondering about them for hunt guns more than anything else.

The vang comp safety is a quality piece for sure. It does indeed protrude quite abit and in my feeling not recomended for hunting or target as you loose some trigger control. Keep it practical use on tactical!

Man, It looks good, the Vang stuff is awesome!

Hunt vs. Tactical... I'm sure it could be used on hunting arms, but Vang stuff really is designed around HD, LEO, military and tactical applications.

I shoot lefty so this helps me in almost every situation. It allows me to not have to reach to much under the gun to hit the safety. Ill have to throw it in my other had and see it it comes out enough to loose trigger control
