How has everyone liked their Versa Max Sportsman ? If you was in the market would you buy the Sportsman or the waterfowl pro ?

I would get the waterfowl pro mainly because of the adjustability of it.
I require a lot of Cast Off to get the gun to fit me and the sportsman does NOT have that ability. We have done so much for so long with so little, we are now qualified to do anything with nothing!

Waterfowl pro! I own one, I love it. All Saftey features are over sized. Feed ramp is better designed. Corrosion preventive is nice. Pro has double bead with hi-viz.

Thanks! I enjoy them. TruJay helped me with my blk syn, had issues with bolt spitting out foreign pin retainer pin. After Remington put a notch in the bolt for retainer pin o-ring to rest in, I haven't had an issue. I've had the original VMax since 2012, but bought the waterfowl pro in September 2014 and have ran twice as many shells thru it...., I love the setup

Hi assault, iv been thinking about changing the carrier on my Versa max to the waterfowl version as my thumb sometimes get jammed when loading. Do you notice a big difference?
They quote me $220 to change the carrier and install t oversized release lij the waterfowl. I have the 26" real tree apg model 20ga 1187 deer combo

Huge difference! My glove doesn't get caught! I would spend $220 for them to do it..... The issue I had was the v in the original feed ramp....... I like the upgrade... Who quoted you the price? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
