I grew up on a farm in North Central Kansas and now live in NE Kansas. I worked for the Army for 11 years at Ft. Riley, was a LEO in Topeka for 8 years and retired from the State of Kansas after 27 years of service as an Information Technology Consultant. I've spent most of my life hunting, shooting and reloading, but still find there are lots of things I don't know. I don't hunt much any more, but still do a lot of rifle and handgun shooting and reloading. Last year I started competing in NRA Cowboy Lever Action Silhouette. I'm not very good, but really enjoy the shooting and interaction with other competitors. It looks like there are a lot of good people here and I look forward to participating in the discussions.
