I continue to struggle to find out info on a recent purchase of a 1100LW 28ga. 25" Skeet. The ser. No. M844xxxJ and it looks like the barrel code is LO or LQ 38 or it could be a 28 ???. Any idea on when this was manufactured? I read in another post, that a ser. no. starting with N might have been manufactured in 1978. If that is the case, can I assume mine with a M might have been from 1976 or 77? Thanks.
