Help with 7615 please: Action ceasing when feeding

Hi All

I got a second hand 7615 and noticed an issue when cycling.

When I try to eject a case and rack the slide back, to open the action it gets ceased up so to speak when I slam it back and requires a lot of force to move forward to feed the next round.

I tried cycling a brand new rifle and the issue doesn't seem to be there, infact it's very smooth.

I stripped the rifle. Cleaned, lubed, etc. I also removed the handle and tried to cycle without it, thinking it may be catching on something or jamming against the barrel. Same issue.

Has anyone seen this before and know how to solve it?

I had a problem with the first 7615 barrel on my rifle. The internal bore was not straight and took a dive towards 6:00 about half way up the barrel. Rifle still shot a foot low at 100 yards with scope cranked all the way up. I sent it back and they rebarreled it and it has put 4 out of 5 shots in a 2" dot at 300 yards several times using 69 fr. Sierra's and handload ammo.

I was getting reverse primer flow on MILSPEC ammo so I ordered new hammer spring from Wolff and replaced it and the reverse flow never happened again. No feed issues at all. I only have about a hundred rounds on it now and rarely shoot it as I know the 5.56 barrels used by match shooters are pretty well gone at 2000 rounds and it just shoots so nicely.
