Also, I am a left hand shooter and will be changing over the safety to left hand.
Thanks in advance for you reply.

I'm also a left handed shooter. The righty safety for us isn't too awkward but it would be better if it were switched to lefty. Is that hard to do?
What do I think of it?

That is true for my gun as well. Its really pretty annoying. I don't know why it couldn't have been machined better. Its really wiggly.
I purchased my VERSA MAX SPORTSMAN MOSSY OAK DUCK BLIND end of September 2018.
Out of first 50 rounds I shot, 35-45 failed to discharge or reload the next round. That was opening day
Rounds used were a combination of steel #2 shot in 2.75, 3 and 3.5 inch. The gun is supposed to shoot 3.5's so I was gonna try it out.
I contacted remington and they didn't really care, said to send it in for repair. That made me upset, brand new gun and all, but whatever.
I didn't want to send it during duck season so I cleaned it out really good.
When i cleaned it, there was a ton of shit in there from shooting the first 50 rounds. More gunk than I have ever seen in a shotgun. I think there was some trash oil or something in there from the factory.
I went to sporting clays range to test it out after the cleaning to try to avoid sending it in for repair. I shot 85 rounds of 2.75 inch #6 shot shells, and only one jammed. Then I went hunting and was shooting 3 inch duck rounds and it didn't jam.
I think you have to clean this gun really good before shooting it and it probably won't have this problem.
