Here's a place to post pictures of the holsters and rigs that we all collect over the years to carry our firearms...

So, if you have found a good fitting holster that works... please post a pic, add a review, and provide a link to the manufacturer's site.

This is one of two western rigs I had made for my single action sixshooters...

TEXAS GUNSLINGER RIG (shown w/ Colt SAA)

I have another exactly like this ( except in dark brown ) for my Ruger Bisley Vaquero.

Both rigs were made by Tom Hancock of: http://texasgunslinger.com/

For my beretta Fs92 inox. I also bought the magazine holder and the retention lanyard, but the lanyard was only available in black.
Best wishes from Bavaria

I'm curious. Is there such a thing as a pocket holster for the R1 Commander? I've pocket carried either a Colt Police Positive Snubby or an Officer's Model for some years now, and am just wondering about the R1 Commander. I can't even find one for a Colt Commander, so I have to wonder if such an animal even exists. Help? And thanx!

The DeSantis Nemesis would be my choice. I don't often pocket carry a 1911, but the DeSantis works well. I do pocket carry the G42 when around the house..

Thank you, Kokopelli. I appreciate your feedback. I like DeSantis and use one for my snubby Colt Police Positive Special (PPS). BTW, what size do you recommend for the R1 Commander? Thanx a bunch!

You're welcome.. The Colt Officers model is the one in my pic.. I bought it for a Baer Stinger, but it fits the VBOB well. It's a tad short as you can see, but no problems..
