I always had an 870 since I was young so I knew (most) all about it. Then my dad handed down me his Sportsman 58....all I remember is shooting it when I was young and did not like it because it had a funny looking barrel (the dial a choke at the end), but now that I have it, I am trying to learn about it....that is how I stumbled upon this forum.

I might add that one can expect a knowledgeable answer compared to other forums. Valuable when question arise concerning semi autos like the Rem 1100.

I found this site thru Bing.
I was on another site before & thought this was it. I own an 11-87 SPS. Have rifled slug barrel, Hastings Paradox with CRD, and a Light contour, vent rib with a complete set of chokes. 700 Ti in .270 ( I believe its a Mountain). The original stock was sent back to Bell & Carson doe to issues which they fixed and camo dipped it @ no charge. 1967 870 Wingmaster (which was never fired) I have already found alot of info. Great site |

I ran across the site while reading about the Gen 2 R51 pistol, one of which I own. I have fired well over 1000 rounds (mostly Rem 115 FMJ). I really like the gun a lot. My other handgun is a SiG P938, which I also enjoy very much.

I found this site while looking for the date of manufacture of my 513-T. BTW, it was born in March of 1943. Still own it, got it in the '60's to shoot International Small Bore. My other .22 is a 341, born July 1936. The stock of my new 597 .22lr has initials and a date of 10/14/17.

I was given a Remington Model 14, looks to be in good shape, & made in 1930, & needed info on it. I found this group via an internet search. Because ammo is so expensive, I'm getting into the reloading hobby. Wish me luck.
