Remington has released a new model 597 called the the 597 HB and 597 HB A-TACS. The model 597 HB comes with

22" blued
16.5" barrel with 1/2"-28 threaded muzzle (A-TACS only)
Shipped with thread protector installed (A-TACS only)
Accepts AAC and other 1/2"-28 threaded flash hiders, muzzle brakes and suppressors (A-TACS only)
The A-TACS comes with a digital camouflage stock that absorbs surrounding light for concealment in varied conditions.
The standard HB comes with a more traditional OD Green rugged synthetic stock.

The new HB and HB A-TACS are very similar to the AAC-SD but with a heavy barrel. I will try and get pictures of them up before the end of the night from today's SHOT Show.
