]i have a remington model #1 sporting rifle i think that makes it a remington and not a remington&son it is a 58 ca. rolling block black power i think this model ended in 1888 it has on top of tang REMINGTON I LION N.Y. U.S.A.. U.S. PAT: MAY 3 ?, NOV 15TH 1864, APRIL 17TH 1866 DO ANEY OF YOU KNOW THIS GUN OR IT REAL VALUE SOME ONE ONCE TOLD ME 5000.00 TO 15000.00 DEPENING ON CONDISHION IF YOU KNOW PLEASE REPLY THANK YOU !!!
