Rabbit shooting is by far the most popular rifle shooting over here.
We really took to the medium to long range stuff over here as we have a lot of hill country where anything up to 1000 yards is possible for shots on rabbits.

Wind is a major factor though.
For the longer shots I would use 75 grain in my .223.
I know 1 guy who runs 90 grain VLD's, but he is pure target.
My rifle can digest 50-75 grains but the 90 grain rounds are too long for my throat

I watch a lot of yee guys shooting prairie dogs on youtube, they look really small!

My Modified Remington VTR .308
Irish red Fox

PSE Composites stock, I shoot Leftie so They made me a stock with the cheek piece on the opposite side.
I also have a Mod fitted as it makes the 20" Barrel much nicer to shoot.

All modifications done in Ireland.
The Lamp I used was a LED Lenser P7 with pressure switch.
Foxes are mostly Nocturnal here and deemed Varmints as they kill sheep
