Wow! Must be rare indeed hairtrigger in .222. Wonder how many were produced in that caliber. Definitely earlier production with the stock and forearm configuration. All nice lookin rifles. Price should be up there as a rare and collectible rifle in that round. Thanks for sharing.

True enough...very rare calibers for those Remington rifles now days.

I read that the 223 was made for 1 more year than the 222 but they made fewer 223
