Forum name harks back to my days wade fishing and duck hunting in Florida. When I got home my wife would say "I see the mudpuppy has returned".

Have evolved to hunting grouse in the mountains of NC. Great sport, but few birds. The Forest Service has been more interested in keeping the enviros happy by not cutting trees and wildlife has suffered tremendously. Hopefully, they are beginning to see the need for balance.
