Is Remington 700 Police a "sniper" rifle

Hello everyone:
While surfing the Internet, a few days ago, I read that "is a missconception to beleive that a sniper rifle is just a scoped rifle". Within this context, I wonder if a scoped Remington 700 Police, can be considered or not as such. In other words, is Remington 700P a police sharpshooter rifle?
I ask this, because I own one that is sub-moa capable, having achieved 0.3 moa groups at 200 meters with current non-match, Sellier and Bellot 147 grains ammo.

The range was only 200 yards, but for urban shooting that's quite a distance. I for one would not like to be in any of their crosshairs.

Remington has been introducing new models also, including the LTR and others. The LTR was designed as a lighter weight, compact tactical rifle for urban situations. fantasy swords
