I'm new to the forum. I'm happy to find this forum as since I bought my 783 I was looking for any upgrade but frustrated to find out that there are nothing much. Happy to read that things are coming though.

On May after a couple of mails with Corlane Sporting Goods I was convinced that the Bolt Lift for Rem 700 would fit to my 783 with some Dremel work. It costed me slightly below 45 CAD as I didn't want the nice tin can normally they ship in. It came with good packaging and there was no damage.

After it was sitting on my desk for almost two months I could find some time yesterday and after a less than 1 hours of Dremel work (I don't think it would take that much time for a Dremel savvy guy, that was my first use of Dremel ) I had a nice upgraded bolt handle.

I chose Corlane as I leave in Canada and never sure if our friends on south can ship any rifle attached stuff up here .
