Is is possible to get replacement barrels? Know a guy blew up his 7600 .243 barrel and he can't find a replacement. Remington said they couldn't supply one. Been looking for trashed gun could take the barrel off of with no luck.

I have to wonder how he blowed it up? Seems there is a lot of loose end threads. It's sad not to know if some of this works or not.
