Have had my new stock and trigger installed for a few weeks now. As I'm left handed, my choices weren't as great as a right hander. I got a H-S Precision Pro 2000 Sendero in O.D. green with black spiderweb. And took out the XMP factory trigger and replaced with a Timney tigger with LH safety. The ole 700 has a much more substantial feel to it now that the flimsy plastic injected SPS stock is down the road. And the trigger is fantastic. I mounted a Nikon M-308 and still need to get a more solid scope mount to replace the temporary one. Was thinking of getting a DNZ. And still want to get a detachable magazine kit to replace my hinged floorplate. Still using a .308 load I worked up last fall, a Hornady 168 grain BTHP Match over 43.0 grains of IMR-4895 in Nosler brass. 10 shots will group under 3/4" at 100 if I do my part, the rifle/load is capable of better than I can shoot. I tried some 165 SST's with a couple different powders but was not happy with the groups. I am loading up some 168 A-Max this morning and will try those next.
