Let me start by saying that I've always known that I have the best wife in the world! But today she reached new heights. Our five year anniversary is on Monday and she surprised me with my anniversary present this evening after work, just in time for my weekly trip to the range in the morning...

I'm just glad I planned ahead with her gifts too this time so I wasn't stuck looking like an @$$ after she handed my the world's coolest gift... :lol:

That it is!

I've got a variety of handguns in all shapes and sizes, polymer, steel, etc. They all have their strong points, but when I put my hands on a 1911 it's like shaking hands with an old friend.

There's nothing else like 'em.
