Just thought I would share as I had the magazine tube on my gun changed from the original to the updated black anodized tube.

The tube is threaded into the receiver with a little bit of white retaining compound. I believe the smith used some sort of strap wrench to remove the tube without damage.

This was done because the previous owner had removed the mag tube dimples to use as a tacticool gun and I want it for hunting so need to be able to plug it.
