maybe my 1100 is still too new(4 months) but seems like chamber is too tight for same reloads i shoot in my other 12ga, moss 500 rem 887 will cycle fine ,also have a single that ejects fine, but will get 1 in 5 shots stick in chamber on my 1100. ???any help is appreciated

You dont' say which machine you are using to reload those shells. If you are using a mec with a collet sizer, those can be adjusted. MEC sells a gauge for checking the overall size of the brass portion of the shells, Its a great investment!

you hit it on the head ,its a sizemaster and i have messed with the collet a little but backed it off again because i thought i was too tight and giving the shell a ridge to bulge when i did final crimp,geuss its a fine adjustment..ill work on it again.thanks
