Hello all. I am a new Remington owner and new to this particular forum. I unfortunately had to send my rifle (700 ADL Stainless) back to Remington for the trigger recall. I am sure they will get it squared away...I just hope quickly.

I took it to the one of the ranges I belong to last weekend, and it ran like a champ...no problems with the trigger, and it broke cleanly at 3.5 - 3.7 lbs consistently. Also, running cheaper Remington Core-Locked 165 grain rounds produced anywhere from .8" - 1.1" three shot groups @ 100 yards. Not to bad for the inexpensive Banner Series scope I have on it right now.

Don't know why there is a problem with my trigger, but am sure they are trying to avoid a lawsuit over one out of one thousand rifles that might have an issue. Anyways, hello and thanks for having me.

Hey I jus got an older model '74 i believe 700 bdl in 7mm mag. From my grandpa last week .....took it out today for the first time....its got and old redfield 3x-9x and I nailed the steel buffalo at 480yrds ....I was pretty excited!
