I bought a new 700 vtr .243 reloaded a bunch of different rounds. Went out back to shoot it. Put in a round , cycle the bolt pull the trigger NO BOOM. The firing pin did release but no bang tried a few different rounds nothing. I don't have any factory ammo to try. Any ideas.

I would try some factory ammo...your reloads could be at fault.
