Referred to the site from the 1911 forum, saw it and thought I was in the right place. Been shooting Remingtons for 63 years, started with my grandfather's 510 when I was 5 and when I was able to light kitchen matches off hand with it, I got my own 512 when I was 9 for Christmas. Today I still have both guns. The 512 also started a tradition, when my grandchildren reach 9, I give them a 510, restored to as new, for Christmas. Six have gone out so far.

Shot in competition for over 40 years and a good bit was shot with Remingtons, from Small Bore Rifle Silhouette to big bore handgun with my own built custom XPs. I build my competition guns, usually based on a Remington.

These are some of my 510s, I have a like number of 511s and 512s.
