New to the Versa Max but not to Remington have owned them for nearly 40 years. I bought the VM as my first auto, have used the 870 for a while just thought it was time to try a auto out, have been very happy with the purchase have used it for Turkey and on one Dove shoot so far very happy. bought it mainly to hunt deer with I hunt with dogs. My question is can you do any thing to get a total of 4 3.5 shells in this gun?? Seems i have read some where it can be done. My thoughts for this is Better to have and not need than need and not have Thanks

Welcome to the Remington Owners Forum !!

Seems to me the easiest thing to do would be to use smaller shells...3" or 2 3/4"
