Well here you go. Received boxes of Barnes Vortex 180 TTSX and Hornady Superformance 200 grainers. I have over the past week loaded the TTSX 180 gr. & 200 gr. and Nosler ABs 200 gr. with at least 6 different powders and get at least one flyer in each 2" group. So I purchased the 2 boxes from Midway to see if I get kinda the same results. As you can see from the pic the Barnes are tighter than the Hornady Superformance. Shot from my 750 22" barrel.

Its always interesting how factory ammo shoot.
A couple days ago I tried (for a 22-250 but that doesn't make a difference) 2 box of winchester 55gr, one was a varmint soft point and the other super X (if I recall the names correctly) One was right where it should be, 1 inch high from center (100 yards) the other was 5 inch to the left. (No it wasnt me who messed up, I was testing them against my hand loads) also the factory ammo is super fast compared to the data that can be found.. Here is my load. ![]() This is winchester factory ammo Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk 2

Nice groups guys!
We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.-Ronald Reagan

Wow, that .22-250 can shoot!
And to the original poster, is your one "flier" always the first cold shot or can you tell if it's always just random? What's your procedure and time between shots?
