I have a .22-250 remington VSSF Action that I want to put a 5 shot Mag it.
Has anyone done this?
What is the best kit to do it?
As you all know the .22-250 has a different mag follower than the .308/.243 and therefore a .22-250 mag will be unique to the calibre.
I have looked at Pacific Tool and Gauge and Badger ordnance.
However I really would like a Mag like the CDL DM models.
Has anyone modified the VSSF II stock to fit a Remmy Mag or a Custom Mag?

I have a hs precision stock and mag but sadly its only a 4 rds mag, they dont make a larger one. So I got another mag in 308 (10rds) and will try to modify it. Only the lips need to be modify as for the 22-250 they are longer and a bit higher with a curve. I just need to find the time to do it..

ok, here is the mag, 4rds for 22-250.
Next to it is a 10rds mag for 308, the 308 fit without any problems, but notice the lips on the top of the mags, the 22-250's are longer and curved and thats what I want to mofify on the 308 -mag so it will accept the 22-250.
