The rifle was still in immaculate shape and I recognised it because of the way that it was epoxy bedded and how the barrel was free floated.
I also usually put a new front sling stud on that has a locking nut on the inside so I can have a bi-pod on without it working loose, this was on the rifle as well and confirmed to me that it was mine a few years back.
It is a factory heavy 18.5 inch barrel with the original iron sights, that's amazing itself as they usually get taken off and lost.
I think it's time to hang onto it as I may not luck out and get it back again..............
