That's crazy...every part on that gun has to have a number...I'd call again and keep on callin' till they identify and send you the .25 part...

Ship the whole gun...insane !

If it were mine, I would not want my gun to be sent anywhere. If I could not fix it myself I would send it back to Remington, but first I would take the trigger out of the gun and take it through my area and see if I could not find a allen head screw for it. Surly someone would have one like ACE hardware or a place like that.

the allen heads not the problem the problems finding the allen screrw
