Good morning I'm a new member from upstate NY. My name is Skip. At the present time I own two Remington guns #1 is a Model 7 MS out of the custom shop in .257 Roberts. I purchased it the first year that they came out. Remington # 2 is an 11-87 deluxe Sporting Clays shotgun. My wife and I own
several other rifles and shotguns as well. At the present time Whitetails take up all of our hunting time
and that's a considerable amount of time.

Welcome from MI!!

Welcome on board. I think it's wonderful that you and your wife share such a great common interest!

You have some very very nice Remingtons there, but that Model 7 in .257 Roberts really has me drooling. Do you reload/handload for it? If so, I'd love for you to share some of your experience over in the Ammunition/Reloading section.

Glad you're here. Check out out sister sites as well!

I live in Oswego,NY I'm a mfg. rep in the hunting & fishing industry. More on the fishing side than on the hunting side. I don't reload for the .257. Up until last year I used Hornady Light Magnum ammo
and I switched to Hornady Superformance when it was introduced. It'a great. I just ordered a new rifle for my wife, It's the new Savage Lady Hunter in 6.5 Creedmoor, I was able to fondle one at the Shot Show in January in Las Vegas.

PS: Thanks for the nice welcome. I'm not very adept at the computer so you'll have to forgive my errors when they occur.
